Our client is a leader in the Engineering Consulting sector with global presence. The organisation is currently going through a transformation to redefine their HR department to service the business more effectively. You will manage a team of 5 direct reports and partner closely with business leaders in driving global HR strategies to suit Singapore's business needs.
Job Description- Direct and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract talents
- Work with businesses on skills development and building competencies to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Collaborate with COE in Total Rewards on compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity
- Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and experience as well as develop action plans to address the gaps
- Communicate and guide implementation of new / changes to global policies, practices and processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
- At least 12 years of full spectrum HR experience with 5 years in leadership capacity, preferably within Construction or Engineering industry
- Demonstrated success in supporting business leaders and building relationships
- Strong collaborator with effective interpersonal and analytical skills who is able to work seamlessly across cultures and business units where required
- Aptitude for problem solving and decision making
- Demonstrate strong influencing skills and with gravitas to command professional respect at all levels and ability to effectively coach teams and management through complex and difficult issues
